We are committed to providing you with the highest quality chocolate products at wholesale cost. You are welcome to contact us at any time to place an order, make inquiries, or make comments or suggestions. Please review the following description of our manufacturing process and company policies:

Our manufacturing process

Our products are very labor intensive. We make our products fresh to order on a first come first serve basis. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. In some instances, such as a holiday or special events, we will require more time.

Our Chocolate is Perishable

Our chocolate has a shelf life of 3 months when left unrefrigerated. For this reason, we do not keep a large excess of stock on hand. We suggest rotating your stock to allow for greater freshness.

Humidity and Temperature

As you would imagine, our chocolate is sensitive to humidity and temperature. For this reason, we suggest holding off on selling these during the summer months unless you can ensure a cool environment for both storage and selling.

Refunds

If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, beyond that we are not responsible for replacing/refunding the product.

Payment

We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). Payment terms will be decided with the first order. Unless an agreement is otherwise reached, a late fee of 1.5% will be applied after 30 days.
